Hugues BROCHET
Hugues Brochet joined the Office at Quai de la Tournelle in 2006. He has been practicing real-estate, construction, urban planning and real-estate tax law for over 25 years.Hugues heads up the Office's "Professional Real Estate" team that is entirely dedicated to real-estate investments for institutional clients, property development and local and regional authorities.
Consisting of legal experts holding notarial qualifications, this team provides its clients with experience, availability and skill in the various aspects of real-estate law and taxation (offices, logistics, hotels, shopping centres and housing). Services include:
- Drafting of real-estate sale or leasehold agreements, sales of real-estate company shares and their related financing.
- Compiling and analysing information prior to conveyances, particularly in the form of electronic data rooms.
- Legal organisation, coordination and monitoring of all the steps leading up to unit sales of housing complexes in the private sector and under social home-ownership programmes.
- Legal organisation of financial transactions, planning operations and property development.
- Preparation of calls for tenders for public authorities.
- Assistance with organising, creating and monitoring document databases.
EDUCATION
- Graduated as a notary from Paris II University in 1988.
