Amandine PASSOT

Amandine Passot became a Notary at the Office in 2017, but she has been practicing family law and the law of persons for eight years. In this area, she strives to provide clients with optimal assistance, thanks to her professional and responsive approach.

Since she joined the Office in 2011, Amandine has particularly handled matters in law of literary and artistic property including estates of artists or collectors, liberalities to public organisations, and the creation of non-profit organisations, foundations and endowment funds. She deals with all issues inherent in the transfer of artistic assets, particularly the civil and fiscal particularities of copyright devolution and assignment.
