René DALLEE

René Dallée has been a notary since 2001. He heads up the "Private Individuals Real-Estate Investments" department.

Thanks to his experience gained since 1998 in real estate law and the law of persons, René is tuned in to our clients' needs, helping to develop fiscally tailored legal solutions for their real-estate investments, their financing, and their conveyance or transfer.

LAW OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES

René qualified as a notary in 2000 after writing his dissertation under the supervision of Professor Jacques Foyer on "Copyright inheritance in domestic law and private international law".

As President of the Paris Chamber of Notaries' "Information and Communication Technologies" Commission from 2003 to 2009, he proposed innovative solutions for the Office's clients in the area of electronic data exchange and proof of data ownership.

He is the co-author with Christian Pisani of "Dépôt Electronique Notarial : Une réponse innovante du notaire à l’évolution des besoins de ses clients" in La Semaine Juridique Notariale et Immobilière no. 14, 4 April 2008.

He regularly assists banks in arranging loans and the sureties to guarantee their repayment.

ESTATE PLANNING & TAX OPTIMISATION

René lectured alongside Professor Claude Brenner in law of matrimonial regimes, successions and liberalities from 2000 to 2006 at the École de Notariat de Paris.
