Caroline DENEUVILLE

Caroline DENEUVILLE practices in the fields of family law and private estate law. She specializes in private international law (settlement of international successions, estates, estates planning, assistance for the purchase and sale of real estate assets by aliens).

She is a member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law since 1995. Member of the French Committee on Private International Law since 2008.

And she is Honorary President of ARNU (Association Rencontres Notariat-Université).

EDUCATION

  • 1982, Post graduate degree in notarial law – issued by Paris University, Pantheon Sorbonne.
  • 1986, Notary Diploma – Paris University, Pantheon Sorbonne and Paris Notarial Training Institution.
  • 1990-1991, Pratical training course with the London offices of the following solicitors: Raw and Mowe, Allen and Overy, Norton Rose.

    International Law :
    - Diploma of International Notarial Law, Private International Law and European Union Law, Lyon 3 University.
    - Private International Law Specialization Certificate issued by the Supreme Council of Notaries.
